What's your minimum order?
Just 3 pieces, for both printing and embroidery — priced per piece with no screen or setup fees. Mixed garment styles with the same logo count as one order.
How fast can I get my order?
Standard turnaround is up to 10 days after you approve the proof. Need it sooner? Tell us your deadline when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's possible.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal; a high-resolution PNG usually works too. Not sure what you have? Send it anyway — the artwork check is free and we'll tell you exactly what it needs.
Can you supply the garments too?
Yes — almost every order includes garments from our wholesale catalogue (tees, hoodies, polos, caps, workwear, and more), which is cheaper than retail. We can also decorate goods you supply.
Do you deliver?
Yes — delivery is free to businesses across Greater Edmonton, and we ship finished orders anywhere in Canada: the rest of Alberta (Calgary, Red Deer, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie) and every other province.
What if the order arrives wrong?
Everything prints against a proof you approved. If we misprint against that proof, we redo the affected pieces free — that's the deal, no fine print.
