Who we outfit
Grad hoodies, club tees, staff polos, tournament shirts — school orders come in every shape. Our online studio lets a student council or a teacher design the piece, see the exact per-piece price, and hand the whole thing off without a single in-person meeting.
Per-piece pricing with a 3-piece minimum means a 9-student robotics club and a 200-piece grad run are both normal orders — and both can quote their cost to the penny before asking anyone for money. No screen fees, no surprise setup line items on the invoice.
Every order gets a free digital proof before production. Share it with the principal, the parent council, or the grad committee; nothing prints until someone says yes in writing. Artwork help is part of the service — send a rough idea and we'll tell you honestly what will look good stitched or printed.
Mixed youth and adult sizes with the same design count as one order. Heavyweight hoodies for grads, soft tees for field-day, embroidered caps for coaches — all designed on the actual garment in the studio.
Yes — the design studio runs in any browser, on the actual garment, with fonts, art and logo upload. A student can build the design and send the finished link to whoever holds the budget.
We quote first and nothing goes to production until the proof and the quote are both approved — so the order fits whichever process your school uses. Ask us about invoicing when you submit your request.
3 pieces — small clubs are welcome. Larger runs like grad hoodies work the same way, just multiplied: the per-piece price is shown in the online tool before you commit.
Yes, with permission from whoever administers your school's branding. Upload the logo in the studio or send it with your quote — the free artwork check will flag anything that won't reproduce well.
